This is a family favorite. A healthy twist on my hubby’s grandmother’s recipe. That lady could cook!
Ingredients
Instructions
- brown diced onion with seasonings
- wait until fragrant
- add ground beef and brown
- add riced cauliflower
- add tomato sauce
- cool down until it is sloppy joe consistency
- cut top off peppers
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- fill each pepper with ground beef mixture
- bake peppers in dish with the chicken broth at the bottom of the pan
- bake for 40-60 minutes until the pepper is tender
